OmiGod You Guys!

Like, I am now addicted to the Legally Blonde: The Musical Original Broadway Cast Soundtrack!

Is it weird that I watched the MTV recording of the stage musical in 17 different parts on YouTube? I doubt that, the musical is SO FUNNY. Literally, I was cracking up in my seat while my mother thought I was going crazy. It is such an amazing play, and I WILL see it one day on Broadway.

So here are some of my favorite quotes from the musical.

"They're just like the couple from Titanic, only no one dies!"

"Omigod! Omigod you guys-"
"Guys, she's not here."
"WHAT."

"I've got like, tears coming out of my nose!"

"I never thought that I-"
"Uh honey, I'm not done yet."
"Oh! Sorry."

"So baby, that's why you and I...should break up!"
"Yes baby, I'll give you my hand, here's my hand-WHAT?!?"

"SHE'S EATING MILKY WAYS!!!"
"Oh no, uh uh - tell me those are fun size!"

"She don't know the real hiiiiiiiieeeemmm"

"Guys, guys. How is this helping? They left while we were shaking JUNK!"

"Serious, someone less of a Marylin and more of a Jacky. Serious, somebody classy and not too tacky-"
"WHAT?!"
"Okay that came out wrong..."

"Must we all descend into maddness, come now sisters, snap it out, snap it out..."

Ah, such a good musical. The soundtrack is lovely, after all Laura Bell Bundy is like the powerhouse/belt queen of Broadway. I'm sure others can match up, but I'm so sad she is going to leave before I'm able to see her perform.

So therefore I am now addicted to the MTV reality TV show Legally Blonde The Musical: The Search for The Next Elle Woods. I already have two favorites, Rhiannon and Natalie. Both have amazing dance skills, can act, and have good vocals. I think Natalie takes the cake in vocals, her belt in "So Much Better" blew me away.

The only problem is that people don't see her as Elle, because of her appearance. What? Are you kidding me? Just because she is only 5' and a brunette? Come on, that's what wigs and heels were invented for. She is really, really good.

I hope one of the Cassie's gets eliminated tonight. They both are a little conceited about themselves, and I hate performers who are obsessed with themselves.

Well, there's not much more to talk about. Expect a blog tomorrow about the results of tonight's show.

"Love, I'm doing this for this love..."

Respectfully submitted,
Leah
