My Thoughts as of 11:12 pm

I used to post bulletins on myspace all the time like this.
Before, I got a blogger account.
Which I should update more frequently now that school is out and I don't have a lot to do.

I like my life right now. I'm really content with how things are falling into place, and hopefully this is sign that the best is yet to come. Summer has always been the best part of my year, and it's just getting started. It makes me happy to think that I've got 2 more months of summer fun before senior year kicks me back into reality and shoves college applications into my face.

I leave for the land of sliced ham, that is actually called bacon in 3 days.
In case you didn't get that, I mean Canada.

Our DHS Madrigals start our Pacific Northwest Concert Tour Sunday, with our send-off concert...and then we leave for Seattle at 3am Tuesday morning. I have laundry to do tomorrow, then packing, and finishing up some last minute things before I leave.

It's going to be such a fun trip. It's hard to believe it's like, actually happening. It was about a year ago when I found out (ironically, at Calvin Crest) that our trip was going to take us to Canada. I love the choir, I love our Mads, and I'm so sure I will love our trip :)

And afterward, I embark on my absolute FAVORITE part of summer, Calvin Crest. I can't wait! Seriously, that is pretty much the whole reason why I love summer so much, but then again the whole "no-school-waking-up-late-no-homework" factor is pretty legit too.

Summer is going to bring me something this year.
Hopefully, it's something good, because if it's something that's gonna suck, I won't be too happy.

There's just something about summer that makes me feel like everything is about to change wildly, and I'm going to love every second of it. And of course, you'll be along every step of the way. I'll be updating as much as I can, although I won't have computer access for 4-5 weeks while I'm at camp, but I'm sure you get the idea.

CANADA starts it all off.
And Canada is coming in 3 short days :)

I'm excited to see where this will take me.
Or maybe, where it will take us.

"Your hair seems healthier."
"My hair was always healthy!"
"No, I mean like, I can't feel your split ends anymore."

Respectfully submitted,
